Very quick and driver came out to collect and drop-off which was extremely handy as I was away. Second service I was allocated a beautiful Countryman courtesy car which was a delight to drive - much appreciated!
The car was collected and returned back to our house, exactly as we were informed, saving us a lot of travelling time
I went in to have a new key programmed and year old mini stolen key disabled. I had bag stolen complete with key in back
I was very disappointed to find out that I need a new electric motor and regulator for the drivers door!

I ordered a USB stick to upgrade the satnav on the car.The stick was not available on the day of the service I was told it would take an extra two days and I would be contacted.It's now been nearly 3 weeks and no one has contacted me

Really impressed with the video I was sent with what was wrong and what was okay with my car.
Found I had to wait for a manager to be in work to get an agreement on price. I had to wait four days for this! I found it strange that in fact salesmen couldn't sell cars unless a manager was present.
