They were very flexible and helpful when I arrived late and when a suspect oil leak was identified. This work was scheduled for a more convenient time for me when they collected and returned the vehicle two days in a row.

Car went in for ERG quality enhancement recall and at same time was updated to latest software. After getting car back found that Bluetooth was not operating along with voice commands. Car had to go back in to be corrected causing inconvenience to me

Great responsive service, booked car in for pitstop Service at 11,000 miles. Was completed within an hour and half (earlier actually), was able to sit and work on the wifi, tea and coffee etc.

Would have liked specialist cars to have shown a bit more interest with needing a clutch at 8000 miles and 2 years old. I've never worn out a clutch on any previous cars, inc. another mini and possibly a little help from them may have influenced bmw.

I booked in for a while you wait MOT which when I booked I was told took about 90 minutes. It was actually nearer 180 minutes. Not sure if you were short staffed or not? I've never done a while you wait MOT before so perhaps 180 minutes is the norm?
